Chef MacPherson cooks for Crossroads 2013

 

April 12 (Bloomberg) - Grant MacPherson, executive chef for Viking Commercial and head of restaurant consultancy Scotch Myst, discusses the dinner he prepared for Eric Clapton and Keith Richards before the Crossroads 2013 shows at Madison Square Garden, his 30 year career cooking for celebrities around the world, and his new cookbook, "Word of Mouth."
